** IMPORTANT INFORMATION **

We would like to inform you about the new working method at the Vita GP practice.


Due to increasing pressure, we see that it is becoming increasingly difficult to schedule appointments. Sometimes this is only possible after more than a week. This is of course annoying if you have complaints or are struggling with something. Unfortunately, it happens too often that people do not show up for their appointment. Sometimes it is forgotten or the complaint has already gone away.

We want to organize and use our available time as efficiently as possible, but also be able to help you immediately if necessary.

In order to maintain a workable situation, we are going to organize our planning differently.


How does it work?

On the day you want an appointment, call before 10 am.
For other questions, we request that you call after 10 am.

You will be connected to the assistant or the GP. We will then look at how and by whom you can best be helped. This can often be done by telephone, by means of an e-consultation and sometimes we would like to see you live to be able to properly assess the situation. In that case, an appointment will follow the same day.
The assistant is trained to answer many health questions for you and to give you appropriate advice, possibly after consultation with the GP.
We would also like to point out that it may be useful to first look at www.thuisarts.nl or the app 'should I go to the doctor?'


What is different?

So you cannot schedule an appointment in advance. This does not apply to appointments with the doctor's assistant

Accessibility practice

The GP practice is easily accessible by telephone or via e-consultation for questions. If necessary, we will see you during the consultation hour, the assistant will first ask you a number of questions to determine the urgency.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS 2024

The practice is closed for Christmas holidays from 
December 23 to December 28. 
An acting doctor is only present for urgent matters 
that cannot wait until the practice is open again.
